#996 sketch

Red and white pastel on toned paper. 9x12 inches. Something new on using the soft white Sennelier stick pastel instead of the compressed one. It's much easier to use it because of its softness and bright color.

I'm an emerging artist with above average passion trying to squeeze-in time to draw and paint. My goal for now is to explore my capacity on different styles and mediums that will define my identity as an artist. I'm not trying to spread myself on different things all at one time, but I rather focus on a calculated method of exhausting my energy on one thing at a time that I see fit for the time being that I see myself moving forward.
